A key initiative has been transforming lives since 1998 by enhancing education for underprivileged students in Mumbai. Annually, the program supports around 3,000 students across six adopted Mumbai Public Schools, employing over 250 dedicated staff members. It emphasizes quality education through teacher training, resource provision, and administrative support. The program includes initiatives like extra classes, career counselling, and co-curricular activities in sports, arts, and languages. Through Individual Career Planning and exposure to competitive exams, the program equips students with skills and motivation to excel academically and achieve their aspirations, fostering future change-makers.
The Fazlani Institute of Vocational Education (FIVE), in partnership with M.H. Saboo Siddik Polytechnic and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, delivers vocational training to empower youth with industry-relevant skills. Offering courses in tailoring, fashion design, beauty and mehndi artistry, electrical wiring, refrigeration, and AI and robotics, FIVE trains 200-250 students annually through hands-on programs aligned with job market needs. The institute collaborates with industry experts to ensure high-quality instruction and focuses on personal and professional development.
